Using subtotals can improve the structure of your sales documents. Subgroups and headlines create an optimized arrangement of your sales document which increases the value for your customers.
Optional- and alternative positions in sales lines
In sales quote you can mark connected sales lines as optional or alternative. Those items are automatically reduced from the subtotals. The report for your customer indicates that there is a decision to be made before creating a sales order.
Position numbers for sales lines
Depending on the structure of your sales document this function generates position numbers for your sales lines. Those numbers can be displayed in your report for a better structure and readability.
Expand and Collaps sales lines
Sales lines can be expanded and collapsed, based on the structure of your sales document. Especially for a large amount of lines, this enhances the workability and readability in your document.
Improved Testinvoice for sales orders
The FYN Layouts redesigned the test invoice report for sales orders. This enables our customers to use the same layout for equally test invoice and posted invoice.
